When will I receive sales reports?
How often are reports published?
We publish full quarterly reports within 30 days of the end of each quarter.

Report schedule
- Q1 (January, February, March): report received at the end of April;
- Q2 (April, May, June): report received at the end of July;
- Q3 (July, August, September): report received at the end of October;
- Q4 (October, November, December): report received at the end of January.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why so late?
We receive reports from stores 29-30 days after the end of the period.
When do payments begin?
Payments start approximately 10 days after the reports are published. After receiving the reports, we invoice the suppliers and wait for payment. Only after receiving the money in the account, we start making payments.
