Export schedule
About this section
This section shows the export schedule of your release to the stores.
Table contents
Each row in the table represents one of the stores you selected for distribution. In the “Content” column, you can see the latest action related to delivering your release to that store. There are three possible actions:
- insert — means your release has been delivered to the store.
- update — means some update has been made to your release in the store.
- takedown — means your release has been removed from the store's catalog.
The “Status” column shows the current state of that action. There are 5 possible statuses:
- done.
- error — a serious technical error that requires intervention from the store or our technical team.
- hold — a minor issue that requires your input or assistance from our moderation team.
- pending — queued for processing.
- in progress — currently being processed.
Please note: the “Scheduled at” and “Delivered at” columns show the submission date of your release from us to the store — not the date it will become publicly available. Stores require releases to be submitted in advance, so there may be a noticeable gap between delivery and the actual release date. Your release will go live on the date you specified in the “Dates and Prices” section.
