Release status
In our system, a release can have one of 8 statuses. You can view the status of each release in the table on the “My Albums” page or directly in the release editor.
New — You’ve created the release but haven’t filled it out yet.
Not submitted — You’ve entered some information but haven’t submitted the release for review.
Submitted — You’ve filled out the release and submitted it for review. If it passes successfully, it will be automatically delivered to stores.
Finalized — The release has passed our review, has been sent to stores, and will be published by them on the scheduled release date.
Admin declined — The release did not pass our review due to some mistakes, and our moderators returned it for revision.
Back-loaded — The release was imported from another distributor (relevant only for Beatport).
Inactive — The release has been removed from sale and streaming either by you or by our team, but it can be restored.
Removed — The release has been removed from sale and streaming by our team and cannot be restored.
