Working with FTP
What Is It
The FTP directory is a storage on our servers that you can use to make your files available to you from any computer where you log in to your Sundesire account. Additionally, if you have files unattached to any tracks in the Media Files section of the release editor that you think might be useful for other releases, you can move those files to the FTP directory.
How to use it
Instruction
- Download and install any FTP client (for example, FileZilla).
- Open the client and log in to our FTP server (ftp://dmb.sundesiremedia.com) using your login and password that you use to log in to your Sundesire account.
- Upload files to the directory.
- Done! Now you can upload these files to the release using the "Upload from FTP" button in the release editor in the "Media Files" section.
Please note that when you move a file from the FTP directory to the release, the file disappears from the FTP directory.
