General questions about the service

Individual team member accounts

Our service allows you to create individual user accounts for your team members with different levels of access.

This feature is useful when you want your artists, assistants, or partners to have access to specific sections of your account — for example, to view, create, and edit albums and invoices, or to view financial reports.

Adding a User Account

To create a subaccount, go to your account settings, open the “My Team” section, and click the Add New Team Member button.

After clicking this button, you will be taken to the page for creating an additional user account. You will need to enter the employee’s valid email address and name, and select which actions within your account they will have access to. The system will generate a one-time password for them, which must be changed upon first login.

Please note that team member management and editing of the account owner's personal data cannot be delegated and remain under the sole control of the owner.

We also strongly recommend informing each team member about the need to enable two-factor authentication. The security of both their account and yours depends on it, depending on the level of access granted.

Features

Label List Restriction

The account owner can restrict the list of labels available to each subaccount. By default, team members see all labels, but you can select only those needed for a specific employee.

Note: if a team member has access to reports, label restrictions do not affect financial information, since reports are generated for the client as a whole, not for individual labels.

Ticket Assignment

The account owner sees all tickets and can reply to them, while team members only see the tickets where they are assigned as the “responsible” person or that they have created themselves.

When the responsible person is changed, the account owner effectively views the ticket, and it is automatically marked as read. We recommend using the Mark as Unread button and closing the form so the ticket appears as new to the newly assigned responsible person.

Team Activity Monitoring

The account owner can see in real time which team members are online, when each was last active, and how many albums are currently open for editing.

Editing Session Management

The account owner and team members with appropriate permissions can track which albums are being edited and in which browser they are open. If needed, any active editing session can be forcibly closed — except for sessions initiated by the administrator.
