Registering additional labels

If you need one or more additional labels, you do not need to create another account - it will be enough to register an appendix to the main agreement.

Instruction

  1. Go to your account Settings.
  2. Using the left menu, open the "My agreements" settings section.
  3. Click on the text button "Register more labels for digital distribution" located under the table with your agreements.
  4. On the page that opens, you need to enter the name of your new label in the "New labels" field. When you start typing its name, another field will appear below. If you want to add more than one new label, enter their names in each subsequent field that appears. If you only need one additional label, leave the second field empty.
    Please note: Only one label name should be entered in one field.
  5. If you have entered all the necessary labels, click the "Commit Appendix" button so that our system can generate the contract.
  6. After this, you will have access to several options for downloading the annex to the contract.
    Please download the entire contract, print it out, sign in all fields where your signature is required, scan all pages (signed and unsigned) and create a single document in .pdf format. Thus, do everything the same as you did earlier when registering on our service.
  7. Under the text "You have not uploaded any files yet", click on the "Upload signed file" button and select the document you created.
  8. Done! We will soon check the agreement you sent us, sign it too, upload it here, and after that the label with the name you specified will appear in the My Labels table.
